59. Advertising of objectionable material etc.



A person must not-

   (a)  publish an advertisement or notice; or

   (b)  transmit, or make available for transmission, on an on-line
        information service an advertisement or notice; or

   (c)  knowingly allow an on-line information service to be used for
        publishing or transmitting, or making available for transmission, an
        advertisement or notice-

that objectionable material is available for on-line computer access.

Penalty: 240 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years. _______________
