Publication or transmission of child pornography

57A. Publication or transmission of child pornography

A person who knowingly uses an on-line information service to publish or
transmit, or make available for transmission, objectionable material that
describes or depicts a person who is, or looks like, a minor engaging in
sexual activity or depicted in an indecent sexual manner or context is guilty
of an indictable offence and liable to a term of imprisonment not exceeding 10
years.
