55. Classification symbols etc. to be published with advertisements

A person must not publish a publication containing an advertisement for-

   (a)  a classified film; or





   (b)  a publication classified Category 1 restricted or Category 2
        restricted; or





   (c)  a classified computer game-



unless the publication also contains a list of the classification symbols and
determined markings for films or publications or computer games respectively.
Penalty: in the case of a natural person, 20 penalty units; in the case of a
body corporate, 50 penalty units. _______________
