Producing objectionable publications

32. Producing objectionable publications



(1) A person must not print or otherwise make or produce an objectionable
publication for the purpose of publishing it.

Penalty: 240 penalty units or imprisonment for 2 years.

(2) A prosecution for an offence against this section may be brought at any
time.
