Consumer advice for Unrestricted publications

27B. Consumer advice for Unrestricted publications

A person must not sell a publication classified Unrestricted in respect of
which the Board has determined consumer advice under section 20(2) of the
Commonwealth Act unless the consumer advice is displayed on the publication or
the packaging of the publication. Penalty: 60 penalty units or imprisonment
for 6 months.
