10. Attendance of minor at certain films-offence by parents etc.



A person who-

   (a)  is a parent or guardian of a minor; and

   (b)  knows that a film classified RC, X 18+ or R 18+ or an unclassified
        film which would, if classified, be classified RC, X 18+ or R 18+ is
        to be exhibited in a public place-

must not permit the minor to attend the exhibition of the film.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.
