Audit of municipal fire prevention plan

55B. Audit of municipal fire prevention plan



(1) A municipal fire prevention plan must be audited by the Authority during
the period commencing 1 January 1998 and ending 31 December 1998 and
thereafter at least once every 3 years.

(2) The audit must assess whether the plan complies with the requirements of
this Act and the regulations.
