Power to arrest

46A. Power to arrest

Any member of the police force may apprehend with or without warrant any
person found lighting or maintaining any fire contrary to the provisions of
this Division or to the conditions or restrictions contained in any permit
granted thereunder and forthwith take and convey him before a bail justice or
the Magistrates' Court to be dealt with according to law.
