Authority to inform Secretary to the Department of Human Services in certain matters

35. Authority to inform Secretary to the Department of Human Services in
certain matters

The Authority shall from time to time furnish to the Secretary to the
Department of Human Services information and recommendations as to the
requirements for the protection from fire of hospitals theatres opera-houses
concert music assembly dance and cinematograph halls skating-rinks churches
chapels and other buildings structures or places in which numbers of persons
are occasionally assembled.
