Power to acquire land

21B. Power to acquire land



(1) In addition to its powers under section 21, the Authority may acquire
compulsorily any land which it is authorized to acquire under this Act or
which is required for the purposes of this Act.

(2) The Land Acquisition and Compensation Act 1986 applies to this Act and for
that purpose-

   (a)  the Country Fire Authority Act 1958 is the special Act; and

   (b)  the Country Fire Authority is the Authority.
