Power to grant Crown land to Authority

21A. Power to grant Crown land to Authority

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any Act but subject to the
provisions of section 8 of the Crown Land (Reserves) Act 1978 and by agreement
with the Minister administering the Environment Protection Act 1970 the
Governor in Council may grant any unalienated Crown land to the Authority for
the purposes of this Act at such price and upon such terms and conditions as
the Governor in Council thinks fit.
