Expenses of chairman and members

13. Expenses of chairman and members



(1) The chairman deputy chairman and other members of the Authority shall be
severally entitled to receive from the funds of the Authority such personal
and travelling expenses as are prescribed in respect of their attendance at
meetings of the Authority and the carrying out of their duties as such
chairman deputy chairman and members.

(2) The Authority with the approval of the Minister may make all such payments
as are necessary to insure the chairman deputy chairman and other members of
the Authority against accidents happening to them while travelling to or from
or in attendance at the scene of any fire for any purpose relating to the
administration of this Act.
