12. Minutes



(1) The Authority shall cause minutes of its proceedings to be kept in the
prescribed manner.

(2) Such minutes purporting to be signed by the chairman or deputy chairman
shall in any court or before any person acting judicially be prima facie
evidence of the holding of the meetings and of the making of the decisions or
resolutions and of the other matters recorded therein.
