Quorum of Authority

10. Quorum of Authority



(1) A quorum of the Authority shall consist of not less than seven members.

(2) During any vacancy in the Authority the continuing members, subject to
there being a quorum, may act as if no vacancy existed.

(3) No act or proceeding of the Authority shall be invalidated or affected by
reason of any subsequently discovered defect or illegality in the appointment
thereto or membership thereof of any person or the acting or voting in any
matter of any member or, where a member has been appointed to act in the place
of the deputy chairman, on the ground that the occasion for that member so
acting has not arisen or has ceased.
