CIRCULAR ECONOMY (WASTE REDUCTION AND RECYCLING) ACT 2021 - SECT 74V

A cap licence is subject to the following conditions and limitations—

S. 74V(a) amended by No. 35/2023 s. 25(1)(b).

        (a)     any condition or limitation specified in the licence by the Head, Recycling Victoria under section 74T(1)(a);

S. 74V(b) amended by No. 35/2023 s. 25(1)(c).

        (b)     the condition that the facility must be fully operational by the day specified in the licence;

S. 74V(ba) inserted by No. 35/2023 s. 25(2).

        (ba)     the condition that the holder of a cap licence pay any prescribed periodic fee to the Head, Recycling Victoria;

        (c)     any prescribed condition or limitation.
