CIRCULAR ECONOMY (WASTE REDUCTION AND RECYCLING) ACT 2021 - SECT 46

    (1)     A reporting entity granted an exemption under section 45 may apply for renewal of that exemption.

    (2)     An application under subsection (1) must—

        (a)     be in the prescribed form; and

        (b)     include the prescribed information; and

        (c)     be accompanied by any prescribed fee; and

        (d)     be made no later than 28 days before the exemption expires.
