Transitional arrangement-permits

58. Transitional arrangement-permits

A permit or licence issued under section 77 of the Community Services Act 1970
that was in force immediately before the commencement of section 54 continues
in force in accordance with its terms, as if it were a permit issued under
Division 2 of Part 2 of this Act. ---------------
