36. Non-profit organisations-restricted hours for outdoor activities

A non-profit organisation must not cause or permit a child to engage in any
activity for the organisation in a public place or engage in door-to-door
fundraising earlier than 6 a.m. or sunrise (whichever is later) or later than
6 p.m. or sunset (whichever is earlier), unless the child is accompanied by an
adult. Penalty: 100 penalty units in the case of a body corporate; 60 penalty
units in any other case. __________________
