Variation and revocation of the mandatory code

33. Variation and revocation of the mandatory code



(1) The Minister may, by order published in the Government Gazette, vary or
revoke the mandatory code at any time.

(2) If the Minister revokes the mandatory code, he or she must make another
mandatory code within 6 months.
