Mortgage void if rate under credit contract exceeds 30 per cent

40. Mortgage void if rate under credit contract exceeds 30 per cent

A mortgage relating to a credit contract in respect of which the annual
percentage rate exceeds 30 is void in so far as it relates to that contract.
