Jurisdiction of the Tribunal to order repayment of fees

37O. Jurisdiction of the Tribunal to order repayment of fees

On the application of a client, the Tribunal may make an order for the
repayment of any amount that a finance broker has received or accepted as a
fee to which that finance broker was not entitled, or as a deposit on account
of a fee for negotiating consumer credit.
