Return of certificate of registration

31A. Return of certificate of registration

If the registration of a credit provider is suspended or cancelled under this
Act, the person who was registered must return the certificate of registration
to the Authority within 7 days of becoming aware of the suspension or
cancellation. Penalty: 60 penalty units.
