Enquiries about credit providers

25. Enquiries about credit providers



(1) The Director may make such enquires as he or she thinks fit about a credit
provider, or an officer or employee of a credit provider.

(2) The Chief Commissioner of Police must make such enquiries as he or she
thinks fit about a credit provider, or an officer or employee of a credit
provider, if requested to make enquiries by the Director.

(3) The Chief Commissioner of Police must report the results of any enquiries
made under subsection (2) to the Director.

(4) The Director may make a report to the Authority of enquiries made under
this section.
