Register to be kept

19. Register to be kept



(1) For the purposes of this Act, the Registrar must keep a register to be
known as the Register of Credit Providers.



(2) A certificate under the hand of the Registrar certifying as to any matter
on the Register is to be received in all courts as evidence of the matter
certified.
