False or misleading statements

14. False or misleading statements

A person must not, in or in relation to an application under section 13 or a
statement lodged under section 24-

   (a)  knowingly make a statement that is false or misleading; or

   (b)  knowingly omit any thing without which the application is misleading.

Penalty: 60 penalty units.
