Power of Commission and inspectors to notify

78AB. Power of Commission and inspectors to notify



(1) If the Commission or an inspector reasonably believes that a person the
subject of an exclusion order under section 74 or an interstate exclusion
order is in the casino, the Commission or inspector may notify a member of the
police force.

(2) A function of the Commission under this section may be performed by any
commissioner.
