No advertising to excluded persons

78A. No advertising to excluded persons





(1) A casino operator must not knowingly send or direct by any means
advertising or other promotional material relating to the casino to a person
who is the subject of an exclusion order under section 72 or 74 or an
interstate exclusion order.

Penalty: 50 penalty units.

(2) For the purposes of subsection (1), a casino operator does not send or
direct material to a person only because the casino operator makes the
material available generally to members of the public.

Examples Examples of making material available generally to members of the
public include publishing it on the Internet, television or other medium or
displaying it on a billboard.
