Right of entry to a casino

70. Right of entry to a casino



(1) Except as provided by this section and section 71, a person enters and
remains in a casino only by the licence of the operator of the casino.

(2) An inspector may enter, and remain in, a casino, or any part of a casino,
in the performance of functions conferred or imposed on the inspector by this
Act or the Gambling Regulation Act 2003.
