62AC. Spin rates



(1) A casino operator must not allow a game to be played on a gaming machine
if the spin rate of the game is less than 2×14 seconds.

Penalty: 20 penalty units.

(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to a game played on a gaming machine located
in an area specified by notice of the Commission published in the Government
Gazette if the casino operator complies with the conditions, if any, specified
in the notice.
