Change in situation of licensee

57. Change in situation of licensee



(1) Whenever a change of a kind specified by the Commission in writing given
to the holder of a licence takes place in the situation existing in relation
to the holder of the licence, the holder must notify the Commission in writing
of the change within 14 days after it takes place.

Penalty: 50 penalty units.

(2) A function of the Commission under this section may be performed by any
commissioner.
