Effect etc. of suspension

54. Effect etc. of suspension



(1) During any period of suspension of a licence, the licensee is deemed not
to be the holder of a licence.

(2) The Commission may, at any time, terminate or reduce a period of
suspension of a licence.





(3) A function of the Commission under this section may be performed by any
commissioner.
