Loss etc. of licence
51. Loss etc. of licence
(1) If the Commission is satisfied that a licence has been lost, destroyed or
damaged, the Commission may, on payment of the prescribed fee, issue a
replacement licence.
(2) A function of the Commission under this section may be performed by any
commissioner.
