Variation of licence

50. Variation of licence



(1) Application may be made to the Commission, accompanied by the prescribed
fee, for variation of a licence.



(2) Except in relation to the fee to accompany the application, this Act
applies in relation to such an application in the same way as it applies to an
application for a licence.

(3) If the application is approved, the Commission may vary the licence to
which the application relates (or issue a new licence specifying the varied
authority).
