Duration of licence

48. Duration of licence

A licence remains in force until whichever of the following happens first-

   (a)  the licence is cancelled; or

   (b)  the licensee, by notice in writing, surrenders the licence to the
        Commission; or





   (c)  the expiration of 10 years after the end of the month in which the
        licence was granted.
