Identification

46. Identification



(1) A special employee, not being a person to whom an exemption under
subsection (2) applies, must at all times while on duty in the casino wear
identification of a kind approved by the Commission in such manner as to be
visible to other persons in the casino.

(2) The Commission may exempt a person or class of persons from the
requirements of subsection (1).





(3) Identification worn by a special employee, who is a crowd controller
within the meaning of the Private Security Act 2004, that complies with that
Act is sufficient compliance with this section.

(4) A function of the Commission under this section may be performed by any
commissioner.
