Conditions of licence

45. Conditions of licence



(1) A licence is subject to any condition imposed by the Commission and
notified to the licensee on the issue of the licence or during its currency.



(2) A condition of a licence may be varied or revoked by the Commission
whether or not on application made to the Commission by the licensee.



(3) A function of the Commission under this section may be performed by any
commissioner.
