Commission to define casino premises

17. Commission to define casino premises



(1) The boundaries of a casino, as at the time when the casino licence is
granted, must be defined by the casino licence within the location for which
the licence is granted.

(2) The Commission may from time to time redefine the boundaries of a casino,
at the location for which the licence is granted, as the Commission thinks fit
and may do so of its own motion or on the application of the casino operator.

(3) An application for the redefining of the boundaries of a casino must be
accompanied by the prescribed fee.

(4) The defining or redefining of the boundaries of a casino takes effect when
the Commission gives written notice of it to the casino operator concerned or
any later date specified in the notice.
