Determination of applications
13. Determination of applications
(1) The Commission must determine an application by either granting or
refusing the application and must notify the applicant in writing of its
decision.
(2) A licence may be granted subject to such conditions as the Commission
thinks fit.
(3) Without limiting the matters to which conditions may relate, the
conditions of a licence may relate to any matter for which provision is made
by this Act but must not be inconsistent with a provision of this Act.

(5) If an application is granted, the licence is granted for the term, subject
to the conditions and for the location specified in the licence.
