Protection of judges and associate judges

9A. Protection of judges and associate judges



(1) A judge has in the performance of his or her duties as a judge the same
protection and immunity as a judge of the Supreme Court has in the performance
of his or her duties as a judge.





(2) An associate judge has in the performance of his or her duties as an
associate judge the same protection and immunity as a Judge of the Supreme
Court has in the performance of his or her duties as a Judge.
