Seal of the court

6. Seal of the court

At every place at which the court is held under this Act there shall be a seal
of the court, and all summonses and other process issuing out of the court
shall be sealed or stamped with the seal of the court. The seal of any county
court in use at any place before the commencement of the County Court Act 1957
may be continued in use as the seal of the court at that place under this Act.
