Assessor

48A. Assessor



(1) The court may in any civil proceeding call in the assistance of one or
more specially qualified assessors and hear the proceeding wholly or partially
with their assistance but shall not be bound by their opinion or findings.

(2) The court may determine the remuneration of the assessors.
