47B. Mediation3

Where the Court refers a proceeding or any part of a proceeding to mediation,
other than judicial resolution conference, unless all the parties who attend
the mediation otherwise agree in writing, no evidence shall be admitted at the
hearing of the proceeding of anything said or done by any person at the
mediation.
