Registrar and bailiff to give security

27. Registrar and bailiff to give security

Every registrar, deputy registrar and bailiff of the court who receives any
moneys in the execution of his duty shall give security for such sum and in
such manner and form as the Governor in Council from time to time directs for
the due performance of their several offices, and for the due accounting for
and payment of all moneys received by them under this Act or which they may
become liable to pay for any misbehaviour in their office.
