COUNTY COURT ACT 1958 - SECT 17KF
Engaging in legal practice or other paid employment(1) Except with the approval of the Chief Judge, a reserve associate judge must not engage in legal practice, undertake paid employment or conduct a business, trade or profession of any kind while engaged to undertake the duties of an associate judge under section 17KC or acting under section 17KI.
(2) Except with the approval of the Chief Judge, a reserve associate judge must not hold an office in any company, trustee company, incorporated association or other entity, whether public or private, in respect of which the reserve associate judge receives remuneration while engaged to undertake the duties of an associate judge under section 17KC or acting under section 17KI.
