Report of Council

9J. Report of Council



(1) The Council must report to the Minister on the operation of this Act and
the carrying out of its functions on or before 31 October in each year.

(2) The fifth annual report of the Victorian Catchment Management Council, and
each annual report at 5 yearly intervals thereafter, must include an
assessment of the condition and management of land and water resources in
Victoria.

(3) The Minister must cause each report submitted to him or her under this
section to be laid before each House of Parliament within 7 sitting days after
receiving the report.
