Presiding at Council meetings

9G. Presiding at Council meetings



(1) The chairperson is to preside at all meetings of the Council at which the
chairperson is present.

(2) If the chairperson is absent from a meeting of the Council, the members
present at the meeting must elect one of their members to preside at the
meeting.
