CATCHMENT AND LAND PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 88

In proceedings under this Act or the regulations evidence that a person has pest animals—

        (a)     in that person's possession or control; or

        (b)     at premises which that person owns or occupies—

is evidence, and in the absence of evidence to the contrary is proof that the person keeps those pest animals.
