CATCHMENT AND LAND PROTECTION ACT 1994 - SECT 85A
Persons served with notices to inform Secretary if not land ownerA person—
(a) who is served with a land management notice, a priority area notice or a directions notice; and

(b) who is not, at the time of service of the notice, the land owner of the land to which the notice relates—
must, within 7 days of being served with the notice, notify the Secretary in writing that the person is not the land owner of the land.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
