Guidelines

45. Guidelines



(1) The Minister may prepare written guidelines about the content of land
management notices and the circumstances in which they may be served.

(2) In preparing these guidelines the Minister must consult with-

   (a)  any other Minister whose interests the Minister considers are likely
        to be affected by the guidelines; and

   (b)  the Council.

(3) The Secretary must take these guidelines into account when preparing or
serving land management notices.
