Revocation of land management notice

42. Revocation of land management notice



(1) At the land owner's request or on the Secretary's own initiative the
Secretary may, by notice served on the land owner, revoke a land management
notice.

(2) Before revoking a land management notice the Secretary must get the
consent of the Authority of the region in which the notice applies.



(3) Subsection (2) does not apply to a land management notice that only deals
with the control of noxious weeds or pest animals or both.
